How it works
Everything between those two points runs on its own. There is no scraping to babysit and no spreadsheet to reconcile.
One CSV, uploaded from your own panel. It becomes the reference every comparison is measured against.
Prices come in from every retailer you track. A scoring engine pairs them to your products; anything it is not sure about goes to AI before it counts.
A live dashboard in the morning, and a spreadsheet when you need one. One row per product, one column group per competitor.
The product
The control panel is where you upload your catalogue and pick who to watch. The dashboard is where you find out where you stand — that is the one you will open every morning.
Price dashboard
Filter by category, sort by the gap, and see instantly which lines are undercut and by how much. Built from this morning's data, not last quarter's audit.
Under the hood
Bad matches are worse than no matches — price against the wrong bottle once and you have given away margin for a month. So the engine scores brand, size, ABV, variant and edition before it commits, and sends anything borderline to AI for a second opinion.
A Macallan 12 Double Cask and a Macallan 12 Sherry Oak look almost identical in a product title and can differ by 100 lei on the shelf. Purpy keeps them apart.
Control panel
Import your catalogue as a CSV, tick the competitors that matter to your range, run a fresh match when your range changes, and pull the latest comparison whenever you need it. Four steps, in that order — that is the whole panel.
Why it matters
Six competitor sites and four hundred products is an afternoon a week for someone on your team. That afternoon goes back on the calendar.
Reserve lines, gift packs, 1L against 0.7L, the same rum at two strengths. Purpy treats them as different products, because they are.
The comparison is built the same way every day. So when a number moves, the market moved — not the method.
Built to expand
We started with Romanian spirits because it is the hardest place to match products correctly. The engine underneath is not specific to bottles.
Whisky, gin, rum, vodka, cognac, tequila, liqueurs, wine, sparkling and beer.
Each store gets its own connector — WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, or something custom.
The same scoring engine extends past drinks and past Romania as we grow.

A scoring engine compares the things that actually define a bottle — brand, size, ABV, variant and edition — and only commits when the score is high enough. Anything short of that goes to AI for a verdict, and borderline cases get escalated to a stronger model. Nothing lands in your report on a guess.
You never adjudicate pairs one by one. The engine scores every match and AI verifies the uncertain ones before anything reaches your report, and competitor prices refresh on their own every day. Re-matching after a catalogue change is one click in your panel — or we run it for you. If a match ever looks wrong, flag it on the dashboard and we fix it at the engine level, so it stays fixed on every run after that.
Every day, on a schedule. It is a batch process rather than a live feed — your comparison shows the market as of the last collection, which for most stores means this morning.
Eighteen Romanian drinks retailers today, each with its own connector, and the list keeps growing. You choose which of them appear on your board. Send us your range and we will tell you which ones are worth tracking for it.
Get in touch and send your catalogue as a CSV. We configure the retailers, run the first comparison, and give you an access code — no email account or password to manage.
